Terms & Conditions – Sri Krishna Packers

Welcome to Sri Krishna Packers. By booking our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
1.2 A minimum of 30% of the total estimated cost is required as an advance to confirm the booking.
1.3 The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
1.4 Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

2.1 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost.
2.2 Rescheduling is allowed once without additional charges if done at least 12 hours before the move.
2.3 No refund will be given for same-day cancellations.

3. Liability & Damages

3.1 Sri Krishna Packers takes utmost care during packing and moving, but we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damages

• Items not declared or improperly packed by the customer

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events

3.2 Claims for damages (if any) must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting evidence.

4. Packing Materials

4.1 Packing materials used by Sri Krishna Packers remain the property of the company unless billed to the client.
4.2 Any special packing requirements should be communicated during the booking process.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 The customer must ensure accurate inventory and labeling of all items.
5.2 Fragile or high-value items must be declared in advance.
5.3 The customer must be present or have a representative available during the move.
5.4 Access to premises (elevators, stairs, parking) must be arranged by the customer.

6. Storage (if applicable)

6.1 Storage services, if provided, will be billed monthly.
6.2 Sri Krishna Packers is not responsible for perishable, illegal, flammable, or hazardous items stored.

7. Insurance

7.1 Transit insurance is available on request and is charged separately.
7.2 Sri Krishna Packers is not responsible for any loss or damage if insurance is not opted for.

8. Jurisdiction

8.1 Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/Region].

9. Amendments
